Visit of students of the Department of Early Childhood Education of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

27.11.2025 - 27.11.2025

On 27 November 2025, students of the Department of Early Childhood Education of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki visited the Museum of Byzantine Culture, as part of the course “Cultural heritage and educational applications for accessibility and inclusion”, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Chara Kanari (ECE Department, AUTH).

The students visited the educational activities room and, following a presentation by Ms. Eva Fourliga, archaeologist–museologist, they discussed issues of museum education, accessibility, and inclusion.

The students also visited the exhibition for people with visual impairments, located in the courtyard outside the educational activities room. Finally, they visited the Museum’s galleries.

We warmly thank Professor Chara Kanari and the students for their visit to the Museum of Byzantine Culture.
