Kandela

Reassembled kandela from a large number of fragments, it is preserved complete. The circular base is slightly raised in the centre, where it forms an almost spherical stem. The body is prolonged ovoid, almost cylindrical and the rim unworked, everted. The kandela was suspended from three small oval strap handles attached around the body.
