\r\n\r\nOn the occasion of the twenty years\u2019 anniversary since its inauguration, the Museum of Byzantine Culture presents the exhibition \u201cBequeathed to the Byzantine Museum of Thessaloniki. Donors and Sponsors in the history of the Museum of Byzantine Culture\u201d, which is dedicated to the work of donors and sponsors, who with their generosity enriched the collections of the Museum and facilitated its task, contributing either financially or by offering free services, even before its establishment.\r\n\r\nThe exhibition presents objects that represent almost all the donations and sponsorships, as well as the different collections of the Museum (icons, engravings, small finds, coins, books, textiles, etc.), thus enabling the visitor to experience the wealth of the archaeological storerooms of the Museum of Byzantine Culture, since the selected objects are not displayed in the permanent exhibition.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
