The inauguration will be accompanied by the famous \u201cChelidonismata\u201d, the \u201csong of Swallows\u201d, the spring carols of the Byzantines, sung by the choir of the Association of Museum\u2019s Friends, under the direction of Mrs. Elisabeth Demiroglou in the harmonization of Mr. Phivos Philkas.\r\n\r\nThe event, to be held on the same day, is dedicated to the \u201cWorld Poetry Day\u201d and includes the dramatized narrative of the 14th century satirical and very didactical poem \u201cAn Entertaining Tale of Quadrupeds\u201d\u00a0by the actress Mrs. Maria Anthidou. The translation and adaptation of the text was made by the curator of the events Dr. Panayiotis Kampanis, archaeologist of the Museum of Byzantine Culture.\r\n\r\nThe prism through which the animal kingdom is presented, reflects, in any case, the world of people and, as they all seem to be, there is a social satire that mocks human behavior and condemns the malignancy of the royal court. This satire, however, is overshadowed by the parody that scolds and turns mercilessly against\u00a0both, the politics and the corrupted diplomacy of the Byzantine Empire.\r\n\r\nIn the history of animals, the listener may be able to distinguish human characters from today\u2019s public
